HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM

Jeremiah made a birthday sign to wish his Grandma Happy Birthday!  I thought I would post it for her to see.  And while were at it maybe take time to let her know how great she is!  She really is the best!  We love her more than all the rest...ok I can't write poems like her but I do love her poems.  And whenever I hear a good poem or read a good book I think of her. When Jeremiah gets into one of his creative moods and writes a story I think of Mom.  He is lucky to have a Grandma that is so talented.  I also think of Mom when I hear James Taylor, see crocks, go to Newport, look at my circle time box, get mail that has LOTS of tape or get a phone call just to see how we are.  She is a best friend a great listener a good example and an amazing Mom and Grandma!  We love you and hope you have a wonderful birthday!    

First Park Trip

Bryce is 6 months already and never been to the park to play.  I have pictures of both Carli and Jeremiah at very young ages at the park.  So I am feeling a little guilty.  I guess that happens when you have a backyard to play in.  Bryce spends a lot of time in the yard with the kids and watering the garden with me.  Last night Jeremiah and Matt were away on the father son outing so Carli chose to go to the park and Anchos as her special date with Mommy.  We also hit up Fruyo and made our own  "pinkberry"....yummy!  It was a fun night!  I hear the boys had a good time too but Matt forgot to take photos.  So you will just have to believe them that Jeremiah made two home runs.

Last day of Preschool

Carli finished her first year of school.  Here are a few photos of the last day of school party.  She had such a great time.  She really enjoyed making friends and having play-dates after school.  She learned to write her name, about zoo animals, all the letters and how to be healthy!  Thanks to Miss Heather for another great year.  I think her favorite part was the Halloween songs they learned...she still sings them all the time!

Bubbles

Grandma and Grandpa Anderson gave the kids the best bubbles ever!  We had a great time in the yard today with the wonder bubbles that never pop!

Kids had GREAT time at the beach

  We wanted to spend the day at the beach for memorial day but we weren't sure what the weather would be like.  We did have tornadoes on Thursday:)  It turned out to be a pretty day and the kids had a good time.  We stopped by Papa Murry's house in HB and had a BBQ it was a fun day!  We are excited to spend a lot of time at the beach this summer!

Looking forward to summer

It is almost summer.  My favorite time of year!  We went to Sea World and a water park this week and it got me in the mood for summer.  I cannot wait to have the kids home from school and get to spend some family time on fun outings like Sea World!

Magic Tree

There is a magic tree at Grandma and Grandpa Anderson's house and the kids cannot wait to see what will be waiting under the tree each morning.  Jeremiah wanted to thank the magic tree.  He made a very sweet thank you note and picture and left it at the foot of the tree.  Both kids were sad to leave Grandma and Grandpa's house.  I think it is a magical place for them.
