Heather turns 30

I made it through my 30th bday and for those of you who know me well you know I have major bday issues.  And the big 30 was really scary for me.  Here is the good news...I love being 30!  It is not so bad and I think for the first time I didn't have bday issues.  Strange, huh?  I've given it some thought and my problem with bdays is I am always worried I won't be where I want to be at my next bday and that is why I have issues.  At 30 I feel very blessed and I am exactly where I want to be.  I am married to my best friend and I really do fall more in love with him all the time (except when he has that ugly facial hair).  He is the most amazing Dad and I am so lucky to have 3 wonderful kids with him!  What more could a girl want at 30?
My Mom always has grand plans for my bdays so to celebrate the big 30 she took me to a Tea House for lunch.  It was peaceful and relaxing.  Just what I needed!  Thanks MOM!  And Matt and the kids took me to our favorite place, Woodranch, and for dessert Pinkberry (I love that place).  It has been in the 100s here so my friend Tricia had us over for a swim too, THANKS!  I love all of my family and friends and feel blessed to have all of you in my life.  Thanks for everything:)

That's fun. Your mom always has something up her sleeve for your birthday. I'm glad you had a good one. I'll see you in a couple of weeks.
